Advocacy in New York State

Advocating for advanced practice providers  and dermatology patients in New York State is key for enhancing healthcare access and quality. APPs, including nurse practitioners and physician assistants, play a crucial role in delivering specialized dermatological care, ensuring that patients receive timely and effective treatments. By championing policies that support the expanded roles of APPs, we can improve patient outcomes and reduce wait times for essential dermatology services. Collaborative efforts among healthcare professionals, policymakers, and patient advocates will help create a more equitable healthcare system for all New Yorkers.
